Brining - something new for the grill.

It's a process that greatly improves the flavor and moisture content of lean meats like chicken, turkey, and pork. By brining, you trap moisture and flavor and create unforgettable juiciness and flavor.  Choose from our 30 Minute Brines, Herbs De Provence or Ancho Chile for chicken and pork ....or try the Turkey Perfect Brine. Brining bags (below) are suggested.  They provide a simple zippered solution for soaking meats in the brine.
